I have been a Supreme Court certified circuit court and appellate mediator now for a number of years, as well as mediator in the Federal Court for the Middle District of Florida and Bankruptcy Court mortgage modification mediator in foreclosure cases. I am conducting arbitrations for FINRA as a public arbitrator and arbitrations for the Central Florida BBB. I am also listed as a mediator and arbitrator by the American Health Lawyers Association.
Recently, due to considerable contacts and friends’ encouragement, I have been certified to handle family law mediations as well my other 2 Supreme Court mediation certifications.
